Diamond is the founder and owner of ATD. She was always known as the friend who was organized and thinking outside of the box to find simple solutions for problems. When she entered her professional career, she realized that organization and management were the keys to success for growth, but knew that it did not come as easy to others like it did for her. During the pandemic, she was driven to make ATD more than just a dream, but an outlet to help others!

As a former educator, she is determined to help people grow into their potential to become their best selves!
